The soft sleeper is upper-class, comfortable and warm with the best condition. But even then, many of our clients complained about the toilets, so be prepared with the toilet smell. No, you can not book the entire compartment if you only have three people in your group. The train in China uses the real-name system and one can only buy one ticket for one berth. It is not possible to book the other one berth. Hope you can understand.
