About:Beijing to Lhasa
I'm going to Beijing in April, 2015 and I want to see the Mt.Everest and Nepal, then take my flight back home from Kathmandu. But I only have 6 days in total, I'm planning to fly to Lhasa from Beijing, and only spend one day in Lhasa then overland to Kathmandu, via Everest. Does this plan work for me, any information on prices and itinerary will be greatly appreciated! Best,

Hi, Chou, Usually we suggest to our clients, especially for the ones who want to see the Mt.Everest Base Camp, doing a Tibet trip to take it very slowly in the beginning and to really take 4 nights in Lhasa to acclimatize, in case that you suffer from the high altitude sickness, like heavy headaches, sleeplessness and weakness, as on the way to Mt.Everest, you will ascend from 4000m in Lhasa to about 5200m in Mt.Everest. Besides, it's better to have a good rest in Lhasa for the long driving with some parts of bumpy ride. If you are traveling alone, the price for the trip is higher as you have to pay the vehicle by yourself with none sharing. Hope this helps you.
