How many days do I have to book in advance?

For touring Tibet, you'll have to get a Tibet travel permit. The Tibet travel permit process would take at least 7 working days and then deliever it to the city that you will take the flight or train and the delievering needs at least 5~7 days. The original permit is needed to board the flight or train to Lhasa. So, you need to plan the tour in advance and book it at least 15-20 days in advance to get everything on time.
