About:Chengdu to Lhasa

Hi, We are planning to tour Tibet from Chengdu by train on 25 Dec. Before that, we are interested in visiting the Jiuzhaigou Valley first, and is it available then? Could you help us arrange a tour to Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong?
