Would like to visit Tibet in March 2015, but get the info that foreigners are not allowed in March, is this correct?

Yes, it is true that foreigners could not go to Tibet during March. You'd better arrange your trip to Tibet after March. If there are any news about Tibet permission for March, 2015, we will let you know asap.
