About:Kathmandu to Lhasa

Hello,

We are a group of 4 people and we will tour the Kathmandu first, and then plan to take an overland tour with jeep to Lhasa and from Lhasa we would take a train to Beijing, from where we would take a flight back to home.

My questions are:

1.) How much would be an overland tour from Kathmandu to Lhasa per person and what all included?
2.) How many days we should wait in Kathmandu, before you could arrange all documents and permits?
3.) Could you help us buy the train ticket of soft sleeper from Lhasa to Beijing and how much that would cost?
4.) We also would like to spend two days in Beijing to see the popular sites, and could you arrange that for us?
