About:Beijing to Lhasa
Hi there, my wife and I would like to trave to Tibet for about 10 days from Beijing in June 2015. Do you recommend taking the train or a flight? And do you have a group tour for us to join in? We are experienced travelers but do not speak Chinese. Thanks!

Hi Johnny, access to Tibet by train or flight depends on your conditions. If you are not pressed for time, train is a recommendation choice as you can get used to the high altitude slowly, and enjoy the spectacular scenery and lifetime experience on the world's highest train. But, if you don't like the long-time train journey, you can take a flight to Xining first, then take the train there and see the most beautiful section of the Qing-Tibet railway. However, if you are catching up, the flight is timesaver and it takes only about 3 hours.
Yes, you can join in one of group tour in Tibet. Please tell us your exact travel time and length, so that we can help you arrange the trip that meets your interests and requests.
