Considering safety factors in the winter, the Ali region is usually closed, and the Mt. Everest and Namtso Lake are closed on and off. But Nyingchi scenic spots for Tibet winter travelers are recommended. The first is Mount Namjagbarwa, whose relatively low altitude and high humidity make the mountain cover in fog and cloud in spring and winter, so it is reputed to be the “Paradise in the Clouds”.
